Before you
send files
What files do you accept?
DXF, DWG, SVG, AI, PDF and SolidWorks files, plus sketches and photos. No CAD files? SolidWorks design is done in-house.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimums. Whether you need 5 pieces or 500, runs are managed personally start to finish, and every job is quoted individually based on complexity and material cost.
How fast will I get a quote?
You’ll get a real quote from the person running the machines — usually within 24 hours.
What does it cost?
CNC routing, laser cutting and engraving, and SolidWorks design + modeling are each $60/hr. Every job is quoted by the job — based on complexity and material cost — not guessed at.
How big can parts be?
The CNC routers handle full sheets on a 48" × 96" bed — full-sheet plywood, plastics, composites and hardwood.
Do you ship, or can I pick up?
Both. Local pickup is available for the Green Bay, Appleton and Oshkosh area, and parts ship nationwide, carefully packed.
What materials can you cut?
Baltic birch, white oak, rosewood, teak, hickory and other hardwoods; acrylic (clear, colored, mirrored); HDPE and other plastics; solid surface (Corian, Wilsonart and similar); composites; and metal. Ask about your specific material.
