What the
machines do

Two large-format CNC routers, two CO2 lasers and SolidWorks in-house — run by the person who quotes your job. Here’s what each process is best at, and what to send.

01 — CNC Routing

CNC Routing

Two large-format CNC routers handle full sheets — enclosures, panels, furniture components, prototypes, and production runs. If it can be cut, routed, or pocketed from sheet material, we can do it repeatably and precisely.

  • Full-sheet capacity on a 48" × 96" bed
  • Profiles, pockets, holes, chamfers and 3D surface textures
  • Plywood, hardwood, plastics and composites
  • Repeat-order consistency — the same program, the same part

Aluminum too, in small quantities: dry-cut sheet bases and small 1/8" plate parts.

  • Full-sheet plywood
  • Plastics
  • Composites
  • Hardwood

02 — Plastics Machining

Plastics Machining

Plastic parts are a big share of what comes off the routers here: HDPE plates and strips, colored sheet parts, acrylic covers and machine components. Clean edges, accurate hole patterns, and the same part every time you reorder.

  • HDPE (high-density polyethylene)
  • Acrylic — clear, colored and mirrored
  • White and colored sheet plastics
  • Plates, rings, strips, covers, guards and machine parts
  • HDPE
  • Acrylic
  • Repeat runs

03 — Wood & Millwork

Wood & Millwork

From full-sheet Baltic birch parts to solid hardwood milled to spec, the routers turn out cabinet and furniture components, trays, carvings and architectural details such as plinth and corner blocks.

  • Baltic birch plywood in multiple thicknesses
  • Solid hardwoods — white oak, rosewood, teak, hickory
  • Architectural millwork: plinth blocks, corner blocks, trim details
  • Custom hardwood carving and 3D surface textures
  • Baltic birch
  • White oak
  • Hardwoods
  • Millwork
  • Carving

04 — Laser Cutting & Engraving

Laser Cutting & Engraving

Two CO2 lasers turn out engraved industrial tags and nameplates in two-color engravable plastic, plus simple, clean engraving on wood. Electrical, panel, valve, lockout, Kirk key and asset tags, cut to size and engraved from your list.

  • Two-color engravable plastic in stock: white on black, black on white, red on white, white on red
  • 1/32" thick, with or without adhesive backing
  • Electrical, panel, valve, lockout, Kirk key and asset tags
  • Batch runs from your spreadsheet or list, plus easy wood engraving
  • CO2 Laser ×2
  • Industrial tags
  • Two-color plastic
  • Wood engraving
  • Batch runs

05 — Prototyping

Prototyping

Prototypes start wherever you are: a napkin sketch, a photo, a broken part or a finished CAD file. Parts are modeled, cut and refined with you — and when the design is right, the same files go straight to production.

  • From sketch, photo, sample part or CAD
  • Fast iterations, direct feedback
  • Jigs, fixtures, masking and painting tools
  • Files you can reorder from
  • Sketch to part
  • Iterations
  • Jigs & fixtures

06 — Production Runs

Production Runs

Whether you need 5 pieces or 500, runs are managed personally start to finish. No minimum order theater. Fast quotes, honest timelines, consistent results you can reorder with confidence — the same machines that cut thousands of consumer products for Kimberly Ann Creations.

  • No large minimums
  • Repeat orders from saved programs
  • Parts inspected personally before they ship
  • Local pickup or nationwide shipping

07 — SolidWorks 3D Modeling

SolidWorks 3D Modeling

Don’t have CAD files? No problem. SolidWorks 3D modeling means we can take a sketch, photo, or description and build production-ready files from scratch — or optimize what you already have.

  • SolidWorks 3D modeling
  • DXF / DWG output
  • File optimization for cutting
  • Prototype-ready files
